Terms for using Game SEO Radar.

These Terms of Service govern your access to gameseoradar.com and the Game SEO Radar product. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Game SEO Radar provides game discovery, keyword research, public-search analysis, opportunity scoring, watchlists, project planning, and related workflow tools. Available features and limits depend on your plan. We may improve, add, remove, or replace features while preserving any rights required by applicable law.

Research disclaimer

Radar scores, rankings, forecasts, search signals, traffic estimates, and recommendations are analytical estimates based on available third-party and internal data. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Game SEO Radar does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, profitability, publishing approval, or any other business result. You remain responsible for validating information and making your own business decisions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Unless a plan expressly permits team access, an account is for one user and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used to provide unauthorized access to others.

Plans, billing, and automatic renewal

Game SEO Radar may offer free and paid plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions. Prices, currencies, billing intervals, included features, and usage limits are shown on the pricing or checkout page before purchase. Creem acts as our payment processor and merchant of record.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charge. Taxes may be added where required. If payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or suspended.

Cancellation

You may cancel through available account or billing controls, or by contacting support@gameseoradar.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law or stated during cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and no prorated credit is provided for unused time.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or the paid service was materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days of the charge. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the circumstances, service usage, applicable law, and any refund terms shown at checkout. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by Creem. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the service unlawfully or infringe another party's rights;
Bypass plan limits, authentication, access controls, or security measures;
Scrape, crawl, probe, or automate access in a way that burdens the service or violates applicable third-party terms;
Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service except where law expressly permits;
Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or submit deceptive or fraudulent information.

Your content and our intellectual property

You retain rights in original content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. Game SEO Radar, its software, design, branding, scoring systems, documentation, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party game names, trademarks, and data belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and data

The service may rely on or link to third-party platforms, websites, data sources, and services, including Steam, search providers, hosting providers, and Creem. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Game SEO Radar is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve or the publishers of games analyzed by the service unless expressly stated.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, intellectual-property terms, and liability limitations, will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game SEO Radar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Revised terms will be published here with a new effective date. When a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will provide additional notice where required.
